Sorry for being gone for almost 2 WEEKS! You know you still love me. ^_^

Well, I wrote a poem on the 24th, you should go check it out. The break has been... interestingly emotional. Christmas was interesting. I got two presents total on Christmas day (some socks and gloves), but the gifts just keep rolling in... I'm a special child, I guess. The birthday is in a few short weeks... :) I might be going out with some people on my birthday, I might go out with one or two people. We shall see!

Other than that, life is passing along well enough. I heart my Xbox (it's Kyle's and Brian's too, though). :)

Wimps and Barbarians

Everyone needs to read this article, especially my guy friends. I know it's long, but it's well worth it.

"...i believe in me, sometimes...i believe in life...and living it...i believe in the power of one and many...that each person is distinct and sincere, deep down...i believe that it will get better, it has to, it just has to. i believe in you. what do you believe in?" From the depths of Richard's infinite wisdom and greatness.

I believe in never giving up on your semester grades, no matter how bleak it may look(!!!). I believe in breezy summer nights, and snowy winter days. I believe in rolling down a leafy hill just because you can, and petting puppies because they love it as much as I do. I believe in love, and its encompassing power. I believe in hope. I believe in miracles. I believe in the next day being more adventurous than this one. I believe in the future.

I believe that even though I might not have done exemplary on the calculus test, that my GPA will still be awesome after this semester. ^_^

My life might be crazy, but at least it snowed yesterday and today. The end.

Rock on to hardcore calculus studying! :)

Oh, yea... the Ku Klux Klan will be on campus sometime later today. It'll be like frolicing in a field of daisies.

The Last Samurai was an awesome movie! Let me say that my friends at U of L rock. :) They know why... and they know why they rock! Anyway, I have to get some sleep so I can write some papers. Night! Or morning I suppose.

You know what I love about finals time? 1: staying up waaay past your bedtime; sometimes for good (or at least acceptable) reasons--studying, laundry, etc, sometimes for bad reasons--keeping your friends from studying while entertaining them. :D 2: Hanging out with/studying with people you don't get to see too much because you're always freaking in class. And making friends with people you just casually see in class because you want to study with someone you know is smart. :)

I'm back! I'm going to post my weekend festivities. Still didn't do anything with the pictures... sorry! Read from Wednesday up to this post to be filled in. It's interesting reading to say the least.

Fast fat
We just left from Hardee's. Please remind me not to eat there again, the food is so disgusting, and no Hardee's that I've ever seen is close to clean. I had a Mushroom and Swiss burger. It was decent, except it was dripping with juice. I don't know if it was a juicy burger or if they had some kinda crazy sauce to go with the mushrooms. I'm hoping it's just the mushroom sauce. it makes me feel kinda sick, though. And about 10 lbs. heavier. I'm going to have to hit the gym hard on Wednesday. Or at least jog like crazy on Tuesday.

Rabbit, Rabbit!
We just pulled out of the last gas station we're stopping at in Alabama! Alright! The hotel we stayed at has an awesome continental breakfast. It was practically catered. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, hash browns, grits, fruit cocktail, hard-boiled eggs, and the obligatory orange juice (not from concentrate) and milk. We ate with Mom's cousin Gentry (aka Leon) and his wife Jill. They are precious. :) I hope we can hang out with them more during Christmas (they live in Minnesota). Jill is comical and Leon is... well, he's Leon. I enjoy Mom's comical stories about their childhood. I'm kind of glad I'm missing class today... I don't know if I want to sit through calc, and I get extra time to write a persusavie speech and I get more time to study for my Fencing test (rescheduled for Friday). Alright Louisville, here I come! Woohoo!
